Any information you provide POP! Promotions, LLC will not be shared with any other company or organization not owned by POP! Promotions, LLC. Our policy is to only use your email address when confirming your Internet order(s) or to obtain clarification of your order(s); to notify you of special offers or updates to our site.


What information does POP! Promotions, LLC collect?
We collect information you provide when you place an order, request Information or a quote, send us an E-mail or call us. This information may include the following:

• Name
• Company Name
• Personal Mailing Address
• Business Mailing Address
• E-mail Address
• Phone Number
• Fax Number
• Credit Card Number

Also any information you submit about other people, for example, the name and address (E-mail and postal). We only use information you submit about other people in order to deliver information, products, or services specifically requested by you.


Who does POP! Promotions, LLC share information with?
We will share personal customer information with our suppliers, sales representatives and trusted service providers and contractors for limited purposes, including fulfilling customer orders; offering certain products and services in connection with our Web site; communicating to customers; providing customer service; enhancing and improving customers' shopping experiences; enabling access to our partners' sites; and completing credit card transactions. These third parties are not allowed to use this information for any purpose except fulfilling orders and servicing your questions.


Order Over and Under Runs
The industry standard on most products is plus or minus 5%-10%. In certain instances you may receive an overage or a shortage on your order. You will be billed for the actual quantity shipped. After receiving your order from POP! Promotions, LLC, inspect it carefully and notify POP! Promotions immediately with any problems or concerns. Claims must be made within 10 days from receipt of shipment. Merchandise should be kept secure pending inspection of return approval. Order Changes or Cancellations
POP! Promotions, LLC will make every effort upon your request, to change or cancel your order. If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied. In the case of changes, the setup fees may vary from the original quote depending on your requirements. If the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there may be cancellation or change charges that apply. All of these charges will be a direct pass through from the supplier to you. If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage.


Payment Terms
All merchandise is for cash, company check and approved Net 30 accounts with a 50% deposit due upon placement of order with payment in full required upon delivery. Credit card payments will include a non-cash transaction fee of 3% of the merchandise total or $2.50 which ever is greater. Accounts past due of 30 days will be charged 1 ½% per month on the unpaid balance. Published prices are subject to change and terms can also be discontinued without notice.

Trademarks and Copyrights
By submitting a design to POP! Promotions, LLC you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights, including copyright, to each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property included in such design. All copy material submitted by the client for the use in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork is required therewith, will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The client hereby agrees to hold POP! Promotions, LLC harmless to any damages, costs and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of our use of said copy or other materials of the operations undertaken by this agreement.
